Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $75, or $5 flat rate.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $15 flat rate.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $30 flat rate.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak demand.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship through USPS and UPS. Tracking information is provided for every order.

International Shipping

At this time, CASTEN ships only within the United States.
We plan to expand international shipping in the near future. Join our newsletter to be notified when we launch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CASTEN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@castenco.com with photos of the damage.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work directly with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
